3. No guarantee of results
Results vary. Debt settlement and related programs can affect your credit, may have tax consequences, and are not available for all debts or in all states. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship with Loan1 Financial or any provider and does not guarantee approval, savings, or enrollment.
4. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information. You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it in an abusive way, or submit information on behalf of someone else without authority.

THE SITE AND OUR MATCHING SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOAN1 FINANCIAL AND ITS OWNERS AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR FROM ANY INTERACTION WITH A THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
